Personal Coaching E-Course
Your personally designed e-course will include weekly lessons, action plans and email access to Coach Shellee.
Training Format:
• You start by listing your top 1-3 goals that you want to focus on right now. These goals can be short-term, intermediate-term or long-term. We charge a monthly fee and you use the program as you need it.
• As soon as you sign up, you are added to Shellee’s client list and begin receiving weekly e-mails.
• The program begins with an intake questionnaire that you fill out. This helps Shellee understand your personal goals and the obstacles you may be facing. From that point on, you will receive two weekly e-mails from Shellee that require action on your part. How much action? That depends on your goal(s) and how fast you want to achieve them.
• The beginning of the week e-mail helps you set an action plan for the week. Shellee recommends a specific process to follow in goal setting, for both large goals and strategic ones. This e-mail helps you set goals according to those principles in order for you to achieve success.
• A middle of the week e-mail provides evaluation tools to help you see your progress. If you’re not on track, there’s still time before the week is over.
• Need help along the way? Contact Shellee! Shellee responds to all e-mail promptly to keep clients on track. It is her mission to ensure your success.
